To help users maintain full control over their gaming behavior, the platform provides a series of technical self-protection tools that can be configured directly by the user or through customer service:
Deposit and spending limits
Users can set maximum limits on the amount of money they can deposit into their gaming account on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Once the set limit is reached, the system will automatically block any further deposit attempts until the end of the set time period. Requests to reduce limits take immediate effect, while requests to increase or remove them require a reflection period before being activated.
Session limits and time monitoring
This tool allows you to set a maximum duration for continuous presence on the platform. Upon reaching the selected time limit, the user will receive an automatic notification from the system or will be disconnected from the active session, in order to avoid prolonged gaming sessions that may affect decision-making clarity.
Break periods and cooling-off
If a user feels the need to temporarily interrupt their gaming activity, they can activate a temporary break period (cooling-off) lasting a few days or weeks. During this time interval, access to games and deposit operations will be disabled, but it will still be possible to withdraw funds legitimately present in the balance.
Self-exclusion from gambling
In cases where prolonged or permanent detachment is necessary, the platform offers the self-exclusion functionality. Self-exclusion can be time-limited (for a fixed number of months) or indefinite. During self-exclusion, the gaming account is irreversibly frozen: the user will not be able to place bets, make deposits, or receive promotional or marketing communications. Indefinite self-exclusion can only be revoked after a minimum period has passed and following a thorough formal request.
